A room is becoming available in our 3 bedroom flat in Clapham Common, as our current flatmate is moving back to Australia. The room is available from 16th December - although this is somewhat flexible.

The Room / Flat:

The room (c 70 sq. ft.) is fully furnished, comprising a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

The flat is less than 2 minutes' walk from Clapham Common tube station, Clapham High Street and The Pavement. Within 5 minutes' walk there is a Waitrose, Iceland, Sainsbury's Local, Sainsbury's Superstore and countless pubs, bars, gyms and restaurants.

In addition to the spacious kitchen and living room, the flat also benefits from a balcony which overlooks the Common, secure garage and communal garden.

Current Flatmates:

The current housemates are Mark (28, Scottish, Chartered Surveyor) and Florian (29, German, Software Engineer).

Whilst we are both typically very busy during the week, whenever possible we will hang out over the weekend and travelled to Germany together earlier in the year to watch Borussia Dortmund play football. Our shared interests include: sport, travelling, film and socialising with friends.
