I am currently looking for someone who can replace me in our AMAZING home.
We are ideally looking for a girl (or a couple) in their mid 20’s- mid 30s, ideally a working professional, who is chilled out, sociable and fun.
House location…
Prime Clapham location. 8-minute walk to Clapham common station and 10-minute walk to Clapham North. Wandsworth Road overground station is also around 5 minutes away and takes you straight into Shoreditch High Street.
This puts us in an ideal position where we live in a nice/ pretty part of Clapham, close to the common and close to the nightlife.
About the house…
The house is 3 floors and is big/ spacious, with a beautiful open plan kitchen/ living room which leads out to our garden (great for BBQ’s etc). We have 2 bathrooms and 3 different toilets across the house.
The room itself is a decent sized double room, that looks over the garden and is located on the top floor of the house close to two bathrooms.
About the housemates...
You will be sharing the house with 3 lovely people (2 guys, 1 girl). Michael and Carleen are both accountants (but not like your stereotypical accountant I can assure you that). Sam is a new recruit also and will be moving in from March! All are similar minded in terms of working hard and having a laugh. We like to do things together as a house as well as respecting each other’s space. Time spent together involves going down to the pub down the road for drinks/ live music, watching Netflix and generally just chatting absolute rubbish to each other filling each other in on the dramas of everyday life.
About potential new housemate...
We are looking for someone fun who will hang out with the house, but at the same time have their own social life/ friends. Ideally, they would need to treat the house like a home and must be tidy/ considerate. No serial killers allowed.
Additional costs/bits...
- The rent works out to be around £811 per month (without bills). Which in my opinion is an absolute bargain considering house/ location.
- Bills obviously varies, but is generally between £80-£100 per month
