Spacious double room available from 9 March 2019 (flexible) in a friendly houseshare two minutes away from Clapham Common! The location is perfect with a five minute walk to two supermarkets and about 7 minutes to Clapham Common Tube station.


I've lived here for the past couple of years and had a fantastic time, making some great friends along the way, and will be sad to say goodbye. The room is a good size, lots of natural light and is fully furnished (with a huge wardrobe).

All bills are included (broadband, electric, water, council tax etc.) and there is a big shared kitchen and a small garden for BBQs in the summer.

You'll be joining four other professionals (there are two bathrooms so it never feels crowded in the morning) who all get on really well, we do a combo of our own thing and house events like pub quizzes and drinks so looking for someone who would like to join in. There are 3 girls (including me) in the house and two guys. We're looking for a girl to join us.
