I've moved out this room shortly before the lockdown and is available immediately.
It's fully furnished, has a large eat in kitchen, separate living room and two bathrooms, one of which is huge, and a separate toilet.

I can't express enough how big this room is. I moved into this room from a 3 bed house and still didn't manage to fill it up.

Lynette Avenue is around the corner from Clapham South tube station on the Northern Line, a large Tesco, Marks & Spenser, a few other shops, and of course the Common which is always filled with friendly dogs. It's also a street over from the trendy Abbeville Road.

The others in the house are a mid-20's mix. Very friendly and lovely to live with.

It's a charming house. All bills are included. Agency managed. The room is available immediately. You can get the keys in as little as 3 days.
