Clapham Common 1 BED FLAT - Short Let August 2020

Looking for a single or couple to take our one bed flat in Clapham Common for a short let during August 2020. Please note the flat is only available for 1 month.
Price includes all bills.

The flat is in the middle of Clapham, fantastic location - on a residential street tucked directly off Clapham High Street. It is just five minutes' walk to Clapham Old Town and the buzzing Venn Street. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket just 100m away from the front door. Brixton is just 15 minutes walk away.

The space
The flat is on a quiet street and a stone's throw from Clapham Common itself. Inside, it's cosy and characterful (remains nice and cool, even on the hottest days) and is complete with scandi-style lounge/dining room, good sized double bedroom with plenty of storage space and a contemporary kitchen. Fully furnished - everything you need is here.

The kitchen is recently refurbished, and well-stocked with all the equipment you could need for cooking. Appliances include a dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The living room includes a dining table which seats up to 8 people, a comfortable sofa and smart TV. We are currently in the process of refreshing the decor in the living-room for a more stylish, contemporary feel, which will be complete by August.

There is a shower bath and a separate WC.

The bedroom has a dressing table, two generous wardrobes and a lovely comfortable bed.

There is a communal back garden however with Clapham Common five minutes away, we tend to head there for all exercise/picnicking needs.

Guest access
Please note that the flat is on the first floor and does not have lift access. Guests will have access to one bedroom. One of the bedrooms will be out of use.
