Beautiful Modern double room available in great 3 bed Clapham Common flat! Sharing with two great housemates- we are so sad to see our current housemate mate leave but looking for a lovely new fit!

The flat is in a great location, about 5-10 minutes walk from Clapham Common station, Abbeville Road and Clapham North station. Brixton is just down the road, no more than a 15 minute walk, and there is a bus stop right outside the flat if you don't fancy walking.

The flat is a large 3 bed property with high ceilings, a lovely garden, full kitchen and living space. It’s got character with all french shutters and wooden floors. The room itself is a great price for the size and location and we pay roughly £100 for bills on top. The room (and flat) has just had a fresh repaint in lockdown and the room is hugeee for the price! It’s comes with an outside wardrobe and the tenant is selling the fold out desk to WFH. There’s a great lounge area and roomy enough for a a home workout. As well as garden!

Currently in the flat we have Megan 25 from Manchester and Emma 25 from Lincolnshire. Megan is an architect and Emma works in fashion!
We're a very sociable flat, coming in and out often but also like having a chill in the evenings over sh*t TV (specifically dinner date haha). We'd like someone who can fit in nicely, clean and relaxed.
