There is a new shared bathroom and a WC on the first floor of the property as well as a utility room and further separate WC on the lower ground floor. There are a number of ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor, first floor and top floor. Bedroom 4 is not ensuite and would share a lovely bathroom on the first floor with 4 others.

The available room - Bedroom 3 on the floor plan comes fully furnished including a double bed, memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

All bills except council tax are included in the monthly fee. We ask for a 5 week security deposit and £150 contribution towards council tax which is a one-off payment at the beginning of the residency that covers the whole stay in the property.
