Cosy 1 bedroom apartment with balcony

I'll be away on business until July so I'm looking for a professional to rent my apartment until then. The apartment is fully kitted out as it's my home and everything will stay. You will only need to bring your clothes!

Couples have lived here before so I know that's doable. There's a balcony for when the weather warms up and I have a table and chairs out there. If you do smoke, please smoke on the balcony only and not inside the flat. The apartment is on the second floor.

I personally take a walk around Clapham Common every morning which is a lovely 5km walk (ish). Abbeville Village is just a short walk away from here where there's loads of cute little cafes, bakeries and butchers.

I have a dining table which I use mainly to work from home.

WiFi works just fine here, all bills will be included.

There's a set of stairs to take (2 levels) or you can take the lift. There's also storage for bicycles if you need it.

My neighbours are super sweet and friendly so I'm looking for someone who works full-time, a professional, someone who's reliable, trustworthy and respectful of my belongings - velvet sofa is hard to upkeep!
