Let’s start with the location, it’s perfectly placed for making the most of Clapham Old Town, as well as getting into Central London. The street is just behind Wandsworth Road overground (heads to Dalston one way, Clapham Junction the other) it’s also served by three regular buses (87,77,452) at the end of the road which will take you to Central, Waterloo or Chelsea direction.

The flat itself is a split level period conversion which is spread over the second and third storey of a red brick house. (The neighbours live on the ground floor - both flats have their own entrance).Very spacious, characterful and homely. Big kitchen and decent sized rooms (fits a king size bed and has a large built in wardrobe). Your room is on the ground floor of our flat (second storey of the house) and has nice views of the London skyline out the back. The lounge is also very comfortable.

I’m a pretty easygoing and friendly communications professional. I wfh 3 days a week ‘currently’ from the lounge - you’re welcome to join me or whatever works best (there is space for a desk in your room too). All can be discussed and worked out :)

Looking for a female/lgbtq + home sharer. I’ve got so many hobbies (at the moment I’m doing rap classes, painting, graphic design, dancing and singing), and also love to do lots of creative things as well as go to shows and catch up with friends. You’re welcome to get involved with anything I’m up to but just as happy to catch up occasionally.
