-Looking for 1 male for Clapham houseshare! 🏡
Us four have just secured a spacious 5 bed place split over two floors by Clapham common and we are looking for one other social lad to take the remaining double bedroom.
Ruby and I are great friends who currently live together, we met Freddie and Olly through spare room, they are mates from school and we have met up lots and all get on so well! Just looking for one last lad to complete our friendly household 🤗

Move in date 22 June
Minimum tenancy 12 months (if needs be you can find a replacement if you do decide to move so you aren't completely tied in.) 🙏🏻
The room is bright and airy with big windows, good storage, double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe etc, but no space for a desk and chair aswell within the room. ☝🏼
Bills roughly £65 pcm 💵

Do not message if you require a desk in your room, there isn't quite enough space.

About us:
Ruby, Olly, Freddie and myself (Ruby and I are 22, the boys are 23)
Ruby works in sales in the city centre, Olly is an assistant manager at a pub, Freddie works in sales at a financial services company and I'm a makeup and hair artist working in TV/Film. 💁🏼‍♀️
We are a social bunch, always up for a laugh and think we are pretty fun and would like not just housemates, but friends to join us to make this place our home! 😊 We enjoy going to the gym, playing sports, all big foodies, hanging with friends and meeting new people and occasionally getting silly with it at the pub on the weekends or having a cocktail night with friends 🤪🍻 I love to cook for people too so expect some good grub living with us 😏

Definitely keen to fill the room ASAP!

Note for WFH people- working one or two days at home is no issue, we will mostly all be out at work anyway, as long as you don't mind working in the kitchen/living area as the room doesn't have space for a desk. Big dining room table though that is perfect to work on, no one else works from home.
