Spacious double room in the heart of Clapham

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a two bed flat, sharing with one other female. The flat is in extremely good condition; being a new build we are the first people to live here! All the flats in the building are owned by Akelius, who therefore maintain and manage the property.

The flat is in a great location, directly opposite the common, and less than 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube Station. The flat is in a super safe area, and despite being just off the main road, is very quiet! The rent is £1,320 per month plus bills (which come to about another £200, incl. council tax, wifi, water, and electricity).

You will be sharing with Georgia, 24, who is a professional dancer. She loves to gym, read, and cook! She is super tidy, and is looking for someone who will match this.

The current contract ends on the 22nd of April, so looking for someone to stay until then (move in 1st of Feb). There will be an option to renew at the end of the contract, however please note you will need to find someone else to move in to the second room as Georgia will be moving out!

The flat has a large living space, and despite being sub basement, gets a good amount of natural light during the day. There is also a small outside patio, which is great in the summer. The flat is fully furnished, however please note some of the furniture in the pictures is mine (the bed, and both bedside tables will be staying).

The area has a great community vibe, and could not be in a better location; everything you need is within walking distance! Plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby, with a small Sainsbury's less than a minute away and a big Sainsbury's on the high street (about a 6 minute walk away).
