There is no parking available with this flat.

Viewings are available from 6pm-9pm on weekdays and 10am-5pm at weekends and to minimise inconvenience for the current housemates require at least 48 hours' notice. The current flatmate is moving out as she is moving in with her partner.

All bills are organised by the landlord for your convenience including a cleaner who visits every two weeks to clean everywhere including your bedroom and bathroom. The total cost of bills is £180/person/month which is in addition to the rent.

There are no fees other than the rent. Referencing will still be required: previous landlord, identity and credit checks.
