The house is a gem, perfectly located on a quiet street just off Clapham High Street between Clapham Common and Clapham North (both are literally just a 5 min walk away). Also 5 mins from Clapham High St Overground, round the corner from a HUGE Sainsburys, Boots, Superdrug, mutliple bus stops, Nandos and plenty of bars. 10 minute walk from Brixton too.

It's split over 5 levels with a huge kitchen/dining area and separate double lounge. The house also has a small patio at the back of the house which is ideal for BBQ's in the summer! There are 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers.

The house is managed by our private landlord which is why the price is such a steal. There are no agency fees and a tiny deposit at £525.

You would be sharing with 5 housemates who have made the house a home. Currently 3 girls in the remaining rooms - Jenna, Louisa and Becci. All have full time jobs and our own social lives but with the occasional joint house party or dinner.
