Lovely double room available in a 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Clapham.
The room available is a good sized double (able to fit a small desk and still have plenty of floor room) with big built in wardrobes. The flat has a reasonably sized kitchen, very large living room (with extendable 6 seater dining table and 4 seater sofa) and bathroom and separate toilet. The flat is based close to the high street but in a quiet, set back street, making it an ideal balance between convenience and peace and quiet.
Current flatmates are two female professionals working in project management and fashion. We love a catch up in the evenings but do our own things on the weekends (when restrictions allow!).
I've lived in the flat for over 2 years and have loved it. A fantastic location (less than 30 seconds from Clapham High Street Station, 2 minutes from Clapham North station), and the lovely and friendly flatmates make it even better. I would absolutely be looking to stay longer but am in the process of buying my own place and moving further out of London. Our longest flatmate has been here for almost five years!
The room is available from end of August to early September though this can be flexible. Bills are approximately £105 pcm additionally (council tax, gas & electricity, water, internet etc.).
