Looking for a Flatmate for Beautiful Clapham Flat

Unfortunately, my flatmate has to part with our amazing property in Clapham North due to work reasons and I am looking for someone to replace her.

About the flat 🏠:
The flat is very modern, stylish and newly furnished. It has a big shared living space, with a sofa and a very cute dining table. The kitchen has all new equipment and a dishwasher!
The room has a big double bed with a massive storage space underneath (I was able to fit three suitcases there!) as well as a desk.

The house is located in a little street just off the main road, in a very convenient location. There are three Sainsbury’s just down the road and Clapham Common is a 5 minutes walk away.

Clapham North tube station is also very close, less than 5 minutes walk.

About me👩‍🎓:
I am a very friendly, welcoming girl (20 years old) who is currently on my placement year, working at London Sport.

I am also training to be a yoga teacher and I am ideally looking for someone with similar interests, I love all things wellbeing, fitness and health :) I enjoy socialising with other people and finding new and exciting things to do in Clapham as well as in the city. I also enjoy meditating, spending time with friends and family and having meaningful conversations with new people I meet x

I am looking for someone tidy, considerate about working hours (this is a quiet, smoking free home), but who is also outgoing and happy to spend time together. Ideally you would be going into the office a few times a week, as I wfh (going into the office once a week atm).
