We are 3-4 minute walk from Clapham Junction (via the Grant Rd entrance) – you seriously can’t get a better location.

All of the great amenities of Clapham Junction, Northcote Road, St John’s Hill and Lavender Hill are all just a short walk, including Lidl and Asda for supermarket shopping. We are also centrally located so you can take your choice between Clapham Common or Wandsworth Common just a short stroll away.

We’re a pretty close bunch, although all live our own lives. That being said, it’s rare that we’ll ever eat dinner alone and our open lounge is the heart of the house.

The flat is currently made up of a Brit, a Kiwi and a South African.

We’re looking for someone who is social with a professional job and who is looking for somewhere to call home – not just for the short term ideally.

The room we have available is a double with comfy bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, coffee table, armchair, and mirror. There’s also a double window which fills the room with beautiful natural light.

There’s a shared bathroom and separate toilet, living room and kitchen. We even have access to our roof for summer nights!
