My boyfriend and I have just bought our first home and still have 18 months left of our contract on our gorgeous flat in Clapham Junction. We’re looking for a couple/individual to take over the rent from Jan 2022 when we will be moving out.
The flat is really gorgeous and consists of 1 huge double bedroom with built in wardrobes and massive windows, a bathroom, living room and kitchen (which is going to get refurbished!). It is part furnished and comes with a bed however we’d be happy to discuss selling some of our furniture to you.
The location is amazing and just a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction. At the end of the road there are some lovely pubs and restaurants including a thai, Italian, tapas and Mexican. The road it’s self is quiet and residential - we love it!
