We're Silvana and Daniel.

We're offering a warm and beautiful double bedroom with direct access to a garden (directly from the room), a desk, and superfast fibre internet, in a flat with lovely flatmates.

Available from May (to be discussed).

We have a little schnauzer dog. He's super friendly and never barks, but always stays in our bedrooms. He doesn't shed hair and is hypoallergenic. He also always stays in our room. He doesn't make the the flat smell at all, as you will see when you come for a viewing.

Stone's throw from Clapham Common (the local park).

Beautiful street. Only charming, beautiful houses all the way from Clapham Common North Side past our house to Lavender Hill.

Cutlery, plates, pans, pots, all provided.

2 fridges, 1 freezer.

1 modern bathroom (shower, sink and bath tub).

1 WC with sink.

Superfast Virginmedia broadband (fastest internet in the country!).

We have an area with a sofa.

Short bus ride to Clapham Common tube station (buses leave from the end of our road and take 5 minutes to reach CC tube stn).

Walking distance to Clapham Junction Station (10 minutes walk).

Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer.

We're not an estate agent, but a private landlord.

We're very respectful and don't stay up late, and are very approachable.
We can hoard food in our cheek pouches for later.

Very respectful towards each other's privacy, very clean and expecting the same from the flatmate. This flat is a "no parties" flat (no late evenings of drinking, unless it's in the room).
