Our current flatmate is moving out so we now have one double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and own bathroom available in our friendly home :)
Our flat is located equidistant between Clapham North and Brixton on Ferndale Road. The property is a six minute walk to both the Northern and Victoria tube lines, and Clapham High Street Overground.
It's a spacious flat set out over two floors, with an open plan kitchen and living room. The bedroom is downstairs and includes a big walk-in wardrobe and mirrors. The flat has 2.5 bathrooms and your bathroom will only be used by you!
You'll be living with me (Zara) and my boyfriend Mik, and our very small (4.4kg) 1 year old puppy. We are looking for a friendly, sociable new housemate to join us!
