£550 per month plus around £40-50 a month for Sky (with Skysports), Internet and other bills. Then £20 every 4 weeks to the cleaner.

This room is available from 5 Jan but we have a room the same size available for a short room lease from 23/12 if you wanted to move in earlier. Can contact me just about the short term if you want too.
No couples and we want to keep the balance so ideally after a girl.
