En-Suite Double Room Including All Bills

Hiya,

I have a beautiful, modern flat in Clapham North, no more than a 2 minute walk from the tube station and a 3 minute walk from Clapham High Street overground.

Your bedroom would be furnished and has a built in wardrobe. You will also have your own bathroom with a bath/ shower, sink, huge mirror and toilet.

I’m very chilled out, often out and about but equally enjoy chilling at home. I work from home a few days a week and also go in to the office a few days a week too. I love to watch sport, going to festivals, holidays and nice foods.

I live with my girlfriend who is lovely although she is often away for work (around 16 weeks / year).

I’m looking for someone who is fun, tidy, polite, honest and respectful. I’m also looking for a person I can call a mate rather than just live with. Ideally you’d move in from 1st November although this could be bought forward for the right person.

All bills are included which also includes Sky. I’m pretty relaxed about sharing the basics… no point both buying milk and having it go out of date is it… just take it in turns?
