Double Room in Large Clapham North Flat

Hello!

We have a double room coming available in our 3 bed flat on Aristotle Road, just a couple of minutes away from both Clapham North and Clapham High Street stations. It's also right on the doorstep of all the bars and restaurants that Clapham High Street has to offer!

The room is furnished with a double bed and large built-in wardrobe. The flat itself is nice and modern, with a great spacious living room, a separate large kitchen/diner (with a dishwasher!) and two bathrooms. We also have a small garden, which is a great for the summer

The first of the 2 rooms is now taken, so we are now looking for one additional flatmate to join! Laura (28) will be remaining in the flat (and is an excellent flatmate!), and is looking for a friendly, sociable and tidy housemate to join her. Laura is a consultant and like everyone else at the moment, is working from home.

We each pay around £100 per month for bills which includes internet, water, electricity, council tax and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

The flat will be available from the beginning September although there will be some flexibility.
