Hi potential new flat mate.

The flat is located 5 mins walk from cloham north station and Clapham high street, and a 10 min walk from Brixton highstreet with easy access to the inner city (20 tube at most) Clapham is a social area with lots going on, so plenty to explore.

The flat is for two. A little bit about myself, I am a 26 year old professional who has been living here for about 2 years. I’m clean and tidy and respectable and also easy to get along with. I like to think I’m not a bad housemate to live with!

The flat has two bedrooms, and a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Kitchen is quite big if you like to cook, with a little breakfast bar. The flat comes fully furnished.

The room is available from the 1st April (the ad just won’t update the date). The rent is £800 a month and bills usually come to about £120 a month. I am in a smaller room for £700 a month so if your budget is a little tighter I would consider switching if you would prefer the smaller room. There is also a deposit of £1038 to replace my old housemates current deposit payable upfront to the agency.
