Housemate wanted to share clean, modern 2 bedroom maisonette flat, in Clapham.
The price (£970 pcm) includes all bills, would also be happy to rent out Monday-Friday only at £750 pcm.
About the flat:
It's a two storey maisonette based above a quiet greek restaurant that does a mean meze. Bedrooms and (shared) bathroom is on the 2nd floor.
The biggest wow factor is the back garden/roof terrace. It's private, great for summer and BBQs.
Transport is a massive advantage - 30 seconds walk (no exaggeration) from both Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street overground station.
About me:
I've lived here happily for 6 years, in that time had 2 lovely house mates. I work in advertising, enjoy living quite an active lifecycle, in my happy place when hiking, cycling and scuba diving!
Preferences for a housemate:
The flat is family owned, so someone who'll treat it as their own too when it comes to cleanliness and respecting it. Despite my profession (and flat's location), this wouldn't suit anyone looking for a party flat or expecting to host loud/boozy/late gatherings every weekend.
Would be great to share interests and go for the odd cinema/dinner/pub lunch, but not essential.
