Double room available in friendly flatshare

Hello,

We’re Max and Katy. Sadly our third flatmate is leaving us at the end of October and so we have a lovely double room available.

About the room/flat:
Large double room with plenty of storage including chest of drawers and a huge wardrobe.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and an awesome living space where we love to chill in the evenings. The room is £763 a month + bills (which are around £80 a month).

It’s just a 2 minute walk from Clapham high street, so has all the local shops, pubs, tube, Clapham high street overground and amenities just a stone’s throw away. Yet it’s incredibly quiet on our street!

About us:
Max is French and Katy is Scottish. We are both super friendly and sociable and like doing things together as a flat (the usual trips to the pub, meals out etc) but also have our own life’s going on.
We work hard so like to keep it fairly chill during the week (you will usually find Max cooking up a storm in the kitchen and Katy out running in the evenings) and then we make the most of the weekends.

We are looking for someone like minded, clean and easy going. Someone we can welcome into the flat and call a friend rather than just someone to fill the room.
