Double room to rent in Clapham North / Stockwell

We have a double room to rent on the first floor of our house between Clapham North and Stockwell. The house is an 8-minute walk to Stockwell underground and 10 minutes from Clapham High Street. Great for the Northern and Victoria lines.

One of our housemates is moving to the US so we are looking for someone to take his room. It is a double room on the first floor overlooking the shared garden at the back. The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The house is split over 3 floors with bathrooms on the first and second floors, so you only share a bathroom with 1 other person. The bathroom has a shower over a bath so both options are there.

Downstairs there is a shared living room / dining room with a separate kitchen. The house is on a quiet road with private or on-street parking should you have a car. There is a shared garden and small private patio out the back where we often sit and BBQ.

The remaining housemates are 3 males aged between 26-27 who all work in the city / from home and often travel for work. We enjoy watching TV in the evenings, going to the gym, drinking in the pub and watching rugby, football and cricket. Many winter weekends are spent at either Rosslyn Park or Richmond rugby clubs.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the same sorts of things and is looking to get involved with the everyday goings-on in the house.

The rent is £756.75 per month excluding bills. With bills, this comes to around £800 per month, which include; Sky TV, Broadband, utilities, council tax.
