There is a SINGLE room available on the 16th January .
The flat is a converted Victorian property which means great high ceilings and big sash windows letting in lots of light. There is a large separate kitchen and recently renovated living area and new bathroom with separate shower and bath.

The room is a small single with a bed and good memory foam mattress, a chest of draws with 5 draws (not shown in photo) and a wardrobe with additional shelving

The flat is in an amazing location. 2 minute walk to Clapham North station on the Northern Line taking you into the West End or Bank within 15 mins. And then 2 mins walk to Clapham High St station that takes you to Clapham Junction (2 stops) or Canary Wharf within 20 mins.

The flat is minutes from Clapham High St with 3 Sainsbury’s within a 5 minute walk.
I live in the flat have quite a busy social life mid week and then like to chill a bit on the weekends. But does depend on what’s going on. I’m tidy and like to keep common areas clean and expect that from you too. I’m sociable and chatty but like everyone I like my own space at times. Sorry no parties etc.
Bills/cleaner included in rent. I have Netflix and Amazon Prime also.
