This large fully furnished double room is available to rent from early September in our flat. I have another tenancy which slightly overlaps and am looking for someone to fill the gap! The tenancy is available from 7th or 8th of September to 26th October, but can be flexible with move in date!

We have a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. The room even has its own private balcony on the back corner of the building.

The two other flatmates are male young professionals working in energy and tech sales. Preferably looking for another professional but students considered.

All bills are included in the rent so the amount you pay each month will be fixed and includes all utilities, taxes, broadband and Netflix.

The flat is a 3 min walk from Clapham North station (northern line) and Clapham high street station (overground). Brixton underground (victoria line) and mainline is also only 12 minutes walk away meaning you can get into central easily even during rush hour. There is a crossfit and leisure centre less than 3 min walk away.

A large Sainsbury is within short walking distance as are all the shops, bars and restaurants of Acre Lane, Clapham high street and Brixton. In terms of green space, Clapham common is 7 minutes away and Brockwell park isn't much further in the opposite direction.
