Double room available in our house ideally situated between Clapham North and Brixton, meaning you have multiple great options for transport links (both stations are less than 10 minute walk).

Current household is all guys, two work in tech sales (both from the UK) and one in digital marketing (Scottish) ages between 24 - 28.

This is a four bedroom house split over three floors, the available room is on the lower floor where there is a bathroom/shower room shared with one other person. The bedroom has tons of storage, two cupboards with hanging space plus draws. The room gets lots of natural light.

There is a large open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Large TV in the living room with virgin TV, Netflix etc.

We have a large private back garden/courtyard which is great for BBQs, eating dinner outside or entertaining guests.

Rent is £903 + bills, which are approx 80 per month which includes everything including WiFi, virgin TV etc.

The room can be available immediately but also flexible for later in August or early sep.
