We're looking for a female housemate for this bright garden-facing room.

The room is fully furnished, with:
- a double bed
- a chest of drawers
- a wardrobe
(The 2 shelving units pictured will be removed when I leave)

The flat has:
- a beautiful big garden
- a large kitchen with enough room for 2 people to cook and plenty of storage space
- a large living room with a dining table
- a bathroom with bath and powerful shower
- a fair sized communal storage cupboard

Bills come to around £80 a month. This tends to go down in the summer months.

Council tax band D.

There's no deposit.

You're spoilt for choice with public transport, and Brixton or Stockwell are also just a 10-15-minute walk away. You're also smack bang on the 'cycle superhighway' with plenty of other cycle routes that weave into or out of the city.

We're a clean, respectful and communicative household. We have differing schedules and independent social lives but watch tv and chat together in communal spaces.

We currently divide cleaning duties among ourselves, so anyone who doesn't mind doing their fair share of cleaning is welcome. We have had a cleaner in the past and this can be discussed, depending on people's budgets.

If you smoke, you can do so in the garden or at the front of the house. Please no smoking in the house.
