Double Room in Modern Mews Apartment

Living Room

Flatmate and cousin moved out to live with her BF so we are looking to fill the double room. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen/ dining area and downstairs WC. It is also home to many plants (thank you lockdown!). The bedroom shares a bathroom with one other and will come furnished with a bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and dresser- although the dresser could be moved out/ sold if wanted. There is room to work comfortably in the room ideal for those who can WFH. The apartment is in a secure gated (fob) complex with small patio area out of the kitchen (with lots of plants), communal seating and secured underground bike storage.

My housemate and myself are young professionals who enjoy living in Clapham/ Stockwell. We like to make the most of our free time and enjoy restaurants, pubs and bars nearby. Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria line) is approx 5 min walk making town very accessible and we are enjoying the return of the 24hour tube! We both work normal hours Monday to Friday and my house mate goes into the office 2-3 days a week Mon-Fri.

Looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing to join us. We are pretty social and laid back and like to share basic house hold/fridge items and enjoy cooking the odd meal together when we are all in or binging a series or two.

Bills included in price: Service Charge, Council Tax, Water Rates, Heating, Electricity, Sky/Broadband.

Extras: Cleaning (no set schedule).

The room is available from 18th July and we are flexible re the moving in date. Viewings available from next week as I am off to France for a wedding this Thurs- Mon.

PS most of the photos were taken prelockdown but not much has changed except for a lick of paint and many plants but we will update these soon!
