Flatmate Wanted In Friendly Brixton Flat

The room

I'm sadly moving out of my fab flatshare in Brixton, so a lovely double room is available from the 27th October in our 4 bed flat.

We're looking for a friendly and sociable young professional who won't mind a catch up along with some trashy TV in the evenings. Equally respectful of when people need some alone time too though!

Current Housemates
You'd be sharing with three fun and friendly girls, between the ages of 25-26. Everyone gets on really well and there's a nice atmosphere in the house. We like doing things together in the evening such as bakeoff or movie nights so ideally looking for someone that wouldn't mind joining in for a chill.

Location
The flat is in a gated development in Brixton, so very safe. It's close to Clapham North too and is just around the corner from the popular Duke of Edinburgh pub. There's also a gym and a sauna in the building which is free for all tenants to use!

The room
The warm room comes furnished with a double bed, one bedside table, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The shelves and other bedside table were bought by me but willing to sell on to the next tenant at a cheap rate if wanted. We also have netflix, nowtv and Virgin media in the living room included free of charge. It's available from 27 October - potential for flexibility in move in date depending on needs.

Bills
Varies but generally comes to about £70-80 a month depending on the time of year.
