Young Social Mixed Flat Looking For No. 4/4

Hi all,

We are looking for our last housemate in our 4 bed flat just a 10 min walk away from Clapham North and 15 to Stockwell, should you fancy avoiding the hectic Northern Line.

This bedroom comes at £750 + bills which range from 50-80 in cold months.

Oh this flat has no lounge!!! Which was one of my dealbreakers searching on here but actually we don’t mind it, pretty social house so it’s good. Also your room is by far the biggest so you could probs pop a sofa in there if you fancy it haha.

Tubes near ours:
Clapham North (northern line)
Stockwell (northern & Victoria)
Wandsworth over ground

... Very well connected tbf. & busses are also a shout, I get the 87 to Holborn in 40 mins way more chill than the tube.

As for the housemates, we are pretty chill 2 girls 1 boy, cook together sometimes or recently watching the circle. Looking for someone who wants to be part of the house, up for doing social bits like bevs, food, exploring Clapham etc, and generally just sound.
