Double Room 7 mins walk to Clapham North

Double room available 7 mins from Clapham North tube sharing with three young professionals.

It is a 4 bed ground floor flat with 2 girls and 2 guys currently living there so we’re looking for a guy to move in to maintain the balance.

It's a super social house with a group that cook together, watch movies and frequently chat rubbish about our days.

The room is the back bedroom and the only one on the first floor, along with the family bathroom (that you have almost exclusive use of as the housemates tend to be too lazy to use it). It comes furnished with a double bed and lots of storage including a chest of drawers, bookcase, wardrobe and room under the bed. There’s also a basement which you can store stuff in if you want, but its a lil creepy.

In addition to the upstairs bathroom there is also a shower room and toilet downstairs. We all tend to leave for work at different times in the morning so there’s never an issue with waiting for the shower when trying to dash out the door.

There’s a small patio/garden at the back of the house which is great for BBQs in summer and it’s surrounded by only neighbouring gardens so could leave a bike out there if you have one.

As mentioned it’s about 7 mins walk to Clapham North tube where you can get the Northern Line (beware it’s busy in the mornings if you leave at peak time), or you can walk to Brixton tube in about 12 mins. Clapham Common is a 10 minute walk away up Clapham High Street. There’s a big Sainsbury’s there, or there’s a Lidl about 3 mins from the flat and a Tesco a bit further on.

Current flatmates work 9-6 office jobs so looking for someone who works the same Monday-Friday hours.

We socialise and hang out in evenings and weekends but also we have our own friends. Looking for someone chilled out and fun to add to our mix.
