I am moving to North London and with great regret am parting with ways with this fantastic house:

The house is perfectly placed on Bedford road, close to all local amenities and with Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street overground both being minutes away by foot. The Common is only a 10 minute walk away,

The house itself has a large kitchen with a dining area, a good sized cosy living room and a large garden. The house is over three floors, with the bedroom being on the top floor, so it is very spacious for 4 people. There is also a garage which has a lot of untapped storage space. The bedroom faces the back of the house over the garden and so is quite quiet, and having built in wardrobes has a lot of storage capacity.

It also has a large garden which is perfect for BBQs, drying washing and relaxing in the summer!

The housemates are Georgie, Stephane and Adam. All 3 have busy jobs and so are often out working or being social, however when we are in we often gather in the living room or kitchen catching up on the latest.

We are looking for another professional to join our house urban family, who is friendly, clean and tidy and who would equally enjoy joking in the kitchen and who appreciates the quietness of weeknights.

The bills come to 133 a month all in, including a cleaner every fortnight.
