Double Bedroom in Clapham. Furnished & Bills incl

The apartment is located minutes from the tube, shops and gym on Tremadoc Road right off Clapham High Street and is on the top 3 floors so no one above.

The room:

Fully furnished with built in wardrobes, bed, mattress and TV - you also have your own bathroom. Both have just been refurbished with new carpet and freshly painted.

Rest of the house:

Kitchen is fully fitted with coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, and all the cups bowls pans you’ll need!

The living room has a 55inch TV with Apple TV 4K, Sonos Surround Sound system and Philips Hue Lighting, so if you like movies…

Pets are fine as long as they’re chill and you clean up after them. I don’t go out a whole lot (partied and travelled quite hard 18-27), so generally just chill these days and try to adult 😴

Looking for someone clean, sociable, chill and who doesn’t have a problem emptying the dishwasher! (prompted by my last long term flatmate, Hannah ((know you’re watching, Teena! 😂)).

Rent includes ALL bills. I generally keep the place as clean as I can but get a cleaner in when needed (So approx every 2-3weeks, this is included as well, just tell me).

Please note that this is best suited to someone that doesn’t WFH full-time, there isn’t space for a second desk and I work at home a majority of the time. That said there is a small built in desk in your bedroom when needed.

As for rent, 2 months upfront if possible and a 1 month deposit. I appreciate this is a lot, but I’ve been burnt before by people trying not to pay. (You’re welcome to contact previous tenants for a reference, as I know this is a lot).

Girlfriend is over a couple of nights a week as well.
