Double room - modern & social house

Hey! We’re Liv 29, Matt 30, James 26 & Rachel 28 - all full-time professionals currently working between home and the office.

We’re looking for a social and easy-going guy or girl to join our home. We are clean, tidy and respectful people and are looking for someone like-minded.
Our house is our home, during the week we all like to cook & chill in the living area if we’re home and on the weekend we’re all pretty social! We spend lots of time together with our wider friend circle in the neighbourhood, but also have our own friends outside of the house. We’re all generally pretty busy, whether that’s with work, friends or travel.

The house is a modern 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom place with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area that opens up to a big garden. It is furnished and has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV and all kitchen supplies. The garden is perfect for summer, gets loads of sun and has outdoor furniture and plenty of room to store our bikes.

The room is on the ground floor, spacious and furnished with a double bed, side table and large wardrobe, plus room for a desk if needed. It has door leading out to a small courtyard (not sure what for 🤣)

You couldn’t ask for a better SW location, with heaps of London hotpots and transport connections in close walking distance:
5 minutes to Clapham North underground
10 minutes to Brixton
15 minutes to Clapham Common
10 minutes to Stockwell underground (25 min door-to-door commute to Oxford Circus on Victoria line - the dream!)

Rent: £850 pcm, plus bills
Bills: approx £120 pcm, incl. fortnightly cleaner for bathrooms & common areas

Landlord: house is privately let with an amazing landlord who is so friendly and super efficient
