We have two rooms available in Clapham North both with a move in date of beginning of April. Current tenancy ends at the end of August, however there is potential to renew the contract.

* Room 2 = £822.50 + bills
* Centrally located near Clapham North station (5 min walk), 10 mins from Stockwell & 12 mins from Brixton

Your potential housemates currently work between home and the office with hobbies including sports, hockey, art, cooking/bbqing and socialising with friends.

We're looking for two people who are fun and down to earth and who also have their own interests but will join in with our occasional house meals, nightly Netflix viewings, chilled evenings in the park etc.

(Not pictured that well, but the room 1 has built in wardrobes and drawers as well as space for a dressing table/desk at the end of the bed and a wide entrance to the side of the wardrobes.)
