Very quiet double room in spacious 2 bed flat

Hi there! I'm renting out my spare room which is a stone's throw from Clapham North tube station. It has a tv, outside window, wardrobe and desk. Note the pic of the room isn't up to date - a window has been added where the TV is (TV moved across) and cupboard replaced with a desk.


Sky, netflix, Amazon prime, broadband included...
The bed is double with storage underneath. Above is the neighbours' kitchen so room is quiet.

I'm a 33yr old professional who enjoys exercise and relaxing in the flat. I'm pretty laid back, clean and tidy. The flat is my own and I'm pretty house proud! I have a marine aquarium which is a nice feature.

I am sociable and would welcome chatting and hanging out in the evenings if we're both in, rather than avoiding one another. We'd both use living room, kitchen & bathroom. I have quite an active lifestyle and do visit my parents in Cardiff a fair bit so won't always be around.

There is a lovely open plan kitchen/living room and garden. You'd have access to the whole flat and I'd encourage you to treat it as your own! The garden is a sun trap too!
