The rent is great at £664 per month. Bills come to about £80 per month each, which includes council tax, water and tv + Internet. We pay gas and electric quarterly too.
The other housemates are Greg and Alice who are both wonderful! They are looking for a relaxed professional (22-35).
The area is brilliant The local pubs, Brixton Market, and Clapham High Street all ensure you can eat well and keep yourself entertained at the weekend without needing to leave South London.
I am moving out of London, and am sorry to be leaving as it really is a brilliant flat and space!
