We have a double room available in an amazing big house situated between Clapham North / Brixton as our housemate is moving back home to New Zealand. It is 5 minutes from Clapham North station and 10 mins from Brixton. You will be living with 6 amazing housemates aged 24-28 😊

The house is great with a large open plan kitchen and living room, three bathrooms and a garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ which is perfect for summer!!
The room up for grabs is £770 and we pay £80 for bills each month which covers everything from Sky, wifi, Netflix, weekly cleaner, etc.
Bit about us –
We are a fun social house who enjoy spending time with each other and enjoy having drinks/going out over the weekend. We are all working professionals who have been working from home during lockdown..
We enjoy going out, going to pubs, gym, sports, travelling, drinks etc. We all do have separate lives and groups of friends outside of the house but we also enjoy spending time together and all our mates are always welcome to the house.
