Room in a Friendly House-share in Clapham North

We are Emma (29) and Ffion (26) (Left and Right in the picture) we have been living together for nearly 2 years. Ffion is a Marketing Analyst and Emma works in HR. Sadly our other 2 housemates are moving abroad / in with friends so we have 2 rooms are available at the beginning of November.

We live in Hubert Grove (SW9), which is a 6-8 minute walk away from Clapham North Tube and 10-12 minute walk from Brixton Tube. We are lucky enough to be about a 15 minute walk from Clapham Common but we also have a south facing garden (with a BBQ)!

We are looking for girls who will become our friends and not just our housemates. (People who want to eat dinner in their bedroom please don’t enquire!) We are all very sociable and love to eat out, go out, cook together, watch films, drink wine and are regulars at our local pub, the Landor (only a 3 minute walk away!) We both do 50/50 working from home and in the office. Thankfully we have a big enough table in the lounge for us all to work if needed.

The house is homely and spacious, and we like to keep it tidy. We have an open plan dining area and lounge, then a kitchen (with eating area) and garden, there is also a downstairs bathroom and cellar. Then upstairs there is another bathroom and 4 bedrooms (1 with an en-suite).

The bedrooms available are;
- Double Bedroom (furnished) with access to 2 shared bathrooms (both with showers, 1 with a bath) £900 a month. (Photo number 6)

- Large Double Bedroom (furnished) with en-suite and access to 1 shared bathroom. £1200 a month. (Photo number 7,8&9)

Please note, all bills (council tax, water, internet, gas & electricity, bi-weekly cleaner and netflix) are not included but they are roughly £150 a month.

The lease will be for a minimum for 12 months.

Parking is available on the street if needed. It is permit parking (Mon-Friday) so weekends is free.
