The room is a bright double bedroom with French windows leading onto the balcony, and your OWN bathroom just next to the room (pictured). There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a large tv. The balcony also has an entrance from the kitchen and is south facing, so gets plenty of sun! (Great for summer).
The landlord is extremely helpful and accommodating. He lives 10 minutes away and will come over as soon as he can if you have any issues! He will also put up anything you like on the walls (shelves, wall art etc).
The flat block also has secure bike storage.

You will be living with an awsome 26 year old guy who is a working professional. He is looking for a similarly friendly, tidy and easy going flatmate, who would be up for hanging out occasionally (think Netflix, cooking, wine). Interests include playing the guitar, music, TV & films, working out, cooking.
LOCATION
The flat is a stone’s throw away from Clapham North tube station (less than a 30 second walk) and a 5 minute walk from Clapham High Street station, so a really ideal location. Being right by the high street and close to Clapham Common, there are plenty of great shops, restaurants, bars and gyms within 5/10 minutes walk.
As I'm moving back home the room is available ASAP.
