You’ll be sharing with four easy going girls, in marketing and the civil service. All love socialising together, going to the pub or sitting in with a bottle of wine but also respect down time and time with friends outside of the house too.

The house is large with a garden that is much enjoyed in the summer, a large living room and a well equipped and large kitchen. The house is in a great location only 10 minutes from Clapham North tube (Northern Line) with a Sainsbury's Local and 10 minutes to Stockwell Tube (Victoria and Northern Line) with buses within very short walking distance.

The house has 1 large bathroom on the bottom floor and a bathroom on the middle floor split into a shower room, a separate toilet and a separate bath and sink.

The house also has the bonus’ of a dishwasher, tumble dryer and large freezer shared between the 5 of us.

Bills roughly come to £90 a month.
