One double room available from 31st January in a 3-bed flat in Clapham North.

You will be living with James, 28, and work/ as a property manager in commercial agency and Todd, 28 from New Zealand, who works as a Quantity Surveyor. Similar interests include fitness, golf and like going for a pint.

The flat is a split level 3-bed, it’s a stones throw away from Clapham North station with Sainsbury’s just across the road. It’s a short walk to Clapham Common and Clapham High Street for pubs/shops/restaurants.

It would be suitable for either short term let until the end of the current tenancy on 9th April. Or, if you’d like a long term let, I have spoken to the landlord is he is happy for existing tenants to start a new tenancy after this point. If either of the other two decide to move out in April it’s as simple as jumping on spare rooms and pick the next tenants just as I’m doing… so works for either!
