We have one very large double bedroom (14"11 x 11"4/4.55m x 3.45m) and a further standard double bedroom (12'x8'11/3.66m x 2.72m) available in a first floor apartment in a period mansion block.

The entire apartment will have just been fully renovated by the time it is available and the common parts to the building will be renovated at some point in early 2021.

Both bedrooms are very light, and boast original features, including cornicing and high ceilings. There is solid oak flooring and downlighting.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, new mattresses, shelving, chests of drawers and desks and chairs. They are ideally suited to working from home and there is Virgin media wifi which performs very well in the Clapham area.

The larger bedroom has two huge double wardrobes with mirror doors with internal shelving; the other bedroom has one of the same. Both have abundant storage.

Apologies, the photos are old and much of the furniture has since been replaced/rearranged so viewings are recommended.

General information

The flat is ideally situated for anyone commuting to the City or Canary Wharf. It's a 3 minute walk to Clapham High Street Rail from which you can catch a train to Canada Water in 17 minutes. It's therefore approximately a 25 minute commute to Canary Wharf where I used to work. It's also a 5 minute walk to Clapham North tube station which is on the Northern Line and therefore within easy reach of he City and other parts of central London. It is also a short bus journey or a 15-min walk from Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria lines).

The flat is very close to the high street which has a large Sainsburys, Tesco and lots of decent pubs and restaurants as well as a couple of clubs. You can also walk to Clapham Common in 5 minutes which is great on weekends. The Clapham Leisure Centre gym and pool is also a 2 minute walk from the flat.
