We're Mike and Alex and we are looking for a friendly, fun, tidy girl or guy to join our lovely flat in the heart of Clapham.
Rent is £713 + £97 for bills so £810 including (council tax, gas & elec, water, and broadband.)
THE FLAT:
The amazing thing about the flat is the location. It is literally 2 mins from Clapham North & High St stations (Northern & Overground lines) and just off of the high st. Sainsbury's is also 1 min away which is especially handy right now!
We are a 10min walk from Stockwell and Brixton so the Victoria line is super close too.
There are lots of great cafes, restaurants, and pubs on our doorstep which we cannot wait to get back to once regular life resumes!
The room is a small double (photo doesn't do it justice!) It's bright, warm, quiet, and comes furnished with: double bed, a wardrobe, and a small chest of drawers. The wardrobe is massive, with three large drawers inside too.
The bathroom has a shower over bath and the living room & kitchen are open plan. The flat is very open and bright and is on the top floor.
The room is available now and our lovely housemate Lydia who is leaving can be flexible so if you're looking to move anytime in June or July we can make it work :)
ABOUT US:
We're both quite into our fitness and cultural pursuits, we like to have a social drink and are often out with our friends but we don't want to live with a party animal!
We love eating out, galleries, film, travel, and exploring London.
