Double room in Brixton/Clapham

Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️,

I am renting out the second bedroom in my flat:

Room:
-Double ottoman bed (lots of storage)
-Good mattresses
-Mirrored wardrobes
-Chest of draws & bedside table
-Small outside patio so lots of natural light and air

The flat:
-2 bedrooms
-1 modern bathroom
-open plan kitchen living room
-garden with bi folding doors
-cellar for storage
-washing machine and tumble dryer
-new kitchen
-bills: council tax, water, wifi, tv license- fixed £92, electric and gas £25-50 depending on month) cleaner every other week- £15

Me:
I'm 30, work in Finance and play netball competitively. I have a beautiful Pomeranian puppy- Nala 😍 who has just turned 1.
I'm pretty chilled to live with, I enjoy cooking nice food or eating out with friends. I’m a wine and g&t girl but can make some good cocktails. Occasionally have persuaded myself to do HITT workouts in the living room which I need to force myself to do again along with getting back into yoga so if that’s your vibe we can do that together.
Ideally I'm looking for someone who is going to treat my home like their home, someone to get along with both myself and Nala and even better if we became friends :)

Room is currently free and I’m around for viewings everyday.
