A double bedrooms in friendly and spacious flat

Bedroom 1

We are on the hunt for one new housemate to move into a brilliant flat in Clapham as the current housemate is relocating at the end of the existing contract, which is the 10th March 2019.

The Flat:

This is a spacious 1st floor flat, 5 minute walk to Clapham North tube station (Northern line) and 10 minute walk to Stockwell tube station (Victoria Line) so convenient for commuting into the city. The flat is also a 5 minute walk from Clapham High Street and 10 minute walk to Clapham Common where there is a variety of bars/pubs/places to eat. Brixton is about a 15 minute walk.

Room 1:

There were previously two rooms available however this room has now been filled.

Room 2:

This is a slightly smaller room but still a very good sized double. The current tenant will be taking the existing furniture with her. If you would like to take the room as unfurnished you are welcome to, however alternatively our landlord has confirmed he is happy to provide both a bed and wardrobe.

The housemate:

My name is Sarah, I am 31 and I work in litigation support in Central London. Although I am often busy with work, friends and family,

Cat will also be joining us on the 10th March. Cat is 29 and works in HR and Recruitment in the City.

We are keen to find flatmates that enjoy evenings in front of the TV binge watching Netflix, spur of the moment adventures around London on the weekends and trips to the local pubs every now and then.

We are looking for housemates preferably between the ages of 27-35. Ideally individuals that are laid back, sociable and who will treat the flat as a home from home! Guys and girls equally welcome.

Room 2 Fees (Furniture Optional):

Rent: £675 per month and is due on the 10th of every month.
Bills: Approx £132 per month (including Virgin Internet / TV)
Deposit: £830
Agency fees: approx £100
