Large double room available in my 2 bed flat (live in landlord) located a few minutes walk to both Clapham North and Clapham High Street Stations as well as the local bars and restaurants of Clapham High Street and the Common.

Large double room (as photo) with king size bed and two double fitted wardrobes. Although not currently within the room there is space for a desk.

There is plenty of shared space with the rest of the flat being made up of a TV room/snug, separate kitchen diner and a shared bathroom.

I'm a 42 yo gay guy working in head office retail and currently WFH a few days per week.

My pattern during the week generally consists of going to the gym in the morning then keeping it pretty chilled in the evenings. I have a horse which I compete in showjumping which takes up a lot of my time on the weekends. When I'm not working or riding I'm either relaxing or having drinks/food with friends.

I have a lovely boyfriend who stays a couple of time a week.

Includes all bills - wifi, energy etc
*energy might need to be reviewed depending on energy charges next winter*

Looking for a relaxed, friendly person who likes to live in a clean and tidy home, wants to enjoy the flat and have a beer or wine while watching TV but also respecting one another’s space when needed.
